Workspace Ergonomics Studio

Desk setups that respect the way your body actually works.

We analyse home offices and team workspaces across Greater London — measuring posture, screen geometry, lighting and reach — then return a clear, plain-English report you can act on the same week.

What we look at

Four quiet details that change how a workspace feels

Geometry

Seat height, monitor distance, keyboard tray and elbow angle measured to the centimetre.

Lighting

Daylight direction, glare on screens and the colour temperature of overhead bulbs.

Acoustics

Background noise, call clarity and how sound bounces around a small London room.

Reach & flow

Where your notebook, mug and cables live — and how often you twist to find them.

Our approach

Calm, measured and refreshingly non-prescriptive

Observe first

We watch how you actually use the space for a short period before suggesting any changes. Real habits beat best practice every time.

Measure precisely

Inclinometers, lux meters and a calibrated tape replace guesswork. Every figure in your report has a source.

Recommend gently

Suggestions are ranked by cost and effort. Most clients act on the free, no-purchase items first — and that is exactly the point.

A ten-minute online form covering equipment, working hours and any niggles you would like addressed.
