Return Policy
Strongdrwashen offers professional services rather than physical goods, so this policy describes the cancellation, refund and rescheduling arrangements that apply to our workspace ergonomics assessments and related engagements. We aim to keep these arrangements as straightforward and fair as possible.
1. Statutory cancellation rights
If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom and you book a service through this website, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of placing the order, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You may exercise this right by writing to us at the address on the Contact page.
If you specifically ask us to begin the work within the 14-day period and the work is fully completed before the period expires, your statutory right to cancel will end at the point of completion. Where work has begun but is not yet complete, we may charge a reasonable fee for the work already carried out.
2. Cancellation by you
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled visit: the full fee will be refunded.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled visit: 50% of the fee will be refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit: the fee is non-refundable, as we will already have set aside the time and prepared the visit.
For remote and group engagements, the same notice windows apply by reference to the agreed start time.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a confirmed appointment once at no extra cost, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Subsequent reschedules within the same engagement may attract a small administrative fee, which will be confirmed with you in writing before any charge is applied.
4. Cancellation by us
If we need to cancel or postpone an appointment — for example because a member of our small team is unwell — we will contact you as early as possible to offer a new date. If a mutually convenient alternative cannot be found, the full fee will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Refund process
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of the cancellation being confirmed. Bank processing times may add a further few working days before the funds appear in your account.
6. Concerns about a delivered report
If you feel that a written report we have delivered does not meet the scope described on our Studio Picks page, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with the specific points you would like us to reconsider. We will review your feedback and, where appropriate, issue a revised report at no additional cost. This sits alongside, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
7. Force majeure
Neither party will be responsible for any failure or delay caused by events outside reasonable control, such as severe weather, public transport disruption, sudden illness or government restrictions. In such cases we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or refund the affected service.
